Rachel is our inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Officer who oversees efforts to incorporate a perspective of inclusion and intersectionality across our organization. She works closely with on-site staff in all destinations to enhance inclusive practices and partnerships in Academics, Health, Safety & Wellness, Housing, and Cultural Activities and to establish a culture of belonging in all aspects of our programming. Rachel has more than 14 years of experience in international education serving in a variety of capacities. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and History from Albion College, a Master’s Degree in Immigration and Intercultural Education from the University of Barcelona and Diversity and Inclusion Certificates from Cornell University and Diversity Abroad.
