ANTIRACIST ECOSYSTEM

We are committed to educating and training our staff and students to recognize our inherent biases and the ways in which white supremacy culture manifests itself in our socialization and in our systems. We intend to develop antiracist policies and practices in order for the systems that we have power over to not perpetuate racial inequities in our community. We strive to collaborate with partners that have the same goals in order to form part of a larger antiracist ecosystem.
