RESOURCES & INCLUSIVITY

We have developed social identity resources so that students have access to the diversity of their communities. We are also working toward building inclusive spaces within our groups, so that students may better support each other from within the group - both in the greater group gatherings, as well as in their housing environments. Our cultural activities and excursions are also being revamped to ensure students are being exposed to a wide variety of perspectives and opportunities. We work closely with our partners as well to find creative ways to support our students from a DEI lens and continuously improve our policies and practices together. We are confident we will continuously improve the sense of belonging at Academic Solutions because of the intentionality of our steps, the awareness that mistakes are inevitable, the deep learning those mistakes provide and our determination to maintain a constant and committed pace on the road ahead.
